究極の肉質を目指して

記者：「青木さんの牧場ならではのこだわりの飼育法などはありますか？」

青木さん：「私たちは特定の飼料の配合と与え方に大きなこだわりを持っています。独自の理論に基づき、飼料の種類や量、さらには与えるタイミングまで細かく調整しており、これが私たちの牧場の特別なこだわりかと思います。私たちは常に様々な試行錯誤を行い、牛一頭一頭の健康状態に合わせた飼料を提供することを心掛けています。」


記者：「その取り組みによって、どのような成果が見られていますか？」

青木さん：「私たちの取り組みで最も注目すべき成果は肉質の改善です。特に、飼料の質と組成を見直し、それによって赤身の割合を向上させ、脂肪の質も改善しています。さらに、牛のビタミン欠乏症を劇的に改善し、総合的に牛の健康を支え、結果的に優れた肉質を実現しています。また、牛それぞれの体質に合わせた最適な飼料選定により、消化率を高めることに成功しました。」


記者：「これらの成果を達成するまでには、相当な時間と努力が必要だったと思いますが、具体的にはどのような過程を経てきましたか？」

青木さん：「確かに、これらの成果を得るまでには多大な時間と努力が必要でした。10年以上にわたり、飼料の種類や量、そして与え方について徹底的に研究し続けてきました。この長期にわたる研究と試行錯誤の結果、今では赤身の比率が高く、かつ高品質な肉質を持つ牛を育てることができています。」

Reporter: "Are there any special breeding methods that are unique to your farm?"

Aoki: "We are very particular about the composition and feeding of specific feed. Based on our own theory, we finely adjust the type and amount of feed, and even the timing of feeding. I think this is a special feature of our farm. We are always trying various things and trying different things, and we try to provide feed that suits the health of each cow."

Reporter: "What results have you seen from your efforts?"

Aoki: "The most notable result of our efforts is the improvement of meat quality. In particular, we have reviewed the quality and composition of the feed, which has increased the proportion of red meat and improved the quality of fat. In addition, we have dramatically improved the vitamin deficiency of cows, supporting the health of the cows overall, and ultimately achieving excellent meat quality. We have also succeeded in increasing the digestibility by selecting the optimal feed for each cow's constitution."

Reporter: "I imagine it took a lot of time and effort to achieve these results. What was the specific process?"

Aoki: "It certainly took a lot of time and effort to achieve these results. 1 For over 20 years, we have been thoroughly researching the type and amount of feed, as well as how to feed them. As a result of this long-term research and trial and error, we are now able to raise cattle with a high lean meat ratio and high-quality meat. ”

Reporter: "What specific measures are you taking to reduce the number of sick cows?"

Aoki: "We have started using a natural additive called Biopect as a measure against various diseases, including diarrhea. This is a natural treatment that is popular, especially in Europe, as an alternative to antibiotics. 青木さん「一番大切なのは、やる気と情熱です。ただお金儲けのために農業を始めると、ほぼ確実に失敗します。牛を愛し、農業に情熱を注げる人だけが成功します。そして、お金はそれからついてくるものです。」


記者「尊敬する人の中で、特に影響を受けた人物はいますか？」

青木さん「具体的な名前を出すのは避けますが、私が若い頃に影響を受けたのは、幅広い分野で成功を収めた方です。何事にも好奇心旺盛で、その生き様が私にとっては非常に魅力的でした。」


記者「その方の生き様から学んだことは何ですか？」

青木さん「それは、好奇心の大切さです。私たちは、好奇心を持って新しいことにチャレンジし続けることで、自分の生きざまを豊かにすることができます。その方は、多岐にわたる分野で成功を収め、人生を豊かに生きた典型です。」
